The license terms that apply to the products you purchase.
Scope
These License Terms apply to downloadable product files supplied by LuciRift, whether obtained free of charge or through a paid purchase. They cover paid and free digital products, recurring products with downloadable releases, serial products that require a downloadable file, and key-vault products.
They do not apply to services, physical goods, standalone serials, Resources files, support attachments, or purchases made through external marketplaces. In a mixed order or bundle, these terms apply only to the covered downloadable items.
Limited use license
Unless a product-specific license expressly states otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the downloadable product for its intended purpose, subject to the applicable product terms. A free download does not grant additional usage rights.
Intellectual-property ownership
Obtaining or paying for a download does not transfer ownership of LuciRift copyrights, trademarks, source files, internal tools, development methods, branding, proprietary systems, or other intellectual property. Rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners.
Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not:
- redistribute, resell, or sublicense the downloadable product;
- upload or share product files publicly, leak files, or share download links or licenses;
- remove branding or copyright notices;
- claim authorship of LuciRift work; or
- create competing products that substantially copy our work.
Commercial use and product-specific terms
Commercial usage rights exist only where explicitly granted by the applicable product license. These terms do not create new commercial-use rights.
Express product-specific permissions or restrictions apply to that product. Check the product description and supplied license before using a file in a commercial project or sharing it with others. Contact Support if the permitted use is unclear.
Third-party material
These terms govern the covered product files only to the extent LuciRift has the rights to license them. They do not automatically license unrelated third-party intellectual property included with a download. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, notices, and permissions.
License violations and related policies
A license violation may result in license termination, account suspension, or other action under the applicable Terms of Service and law. These terms do not replace the store’s Terms of Service, Refund Policy, or applicable legal rights.
