The Community Marketplace is a discovery platform for independent creators. These Marketplace Terms highlight the marketplace provisions in our Terms of Service. The Terms of Service remain the controlling agreement.

1. LuciRift’s Role

LuciRift hosts creator profiles, listing descriptions, displayed prices, images, and links to external purchase destinations. LuciRift does not process Community Marketplace transactions, collect marketplace payments, provide marketplace checkout, or track outbound purchase clicks.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, LuciRift is not the seller of record. A verified creator badge confirms that LuciRift reviewed public identity evidence. It is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of a listing.

2. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profiles and listings. This includes:

  • offering only products or services they have the right to sell or provide;
  • describing pricing, compatibility, delivery, licensing, and material limitations accurately;
  • providing customer support, updates, and refunds under the terms shown at the linked storefront;
  • meeting applicable tax, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and other legal obligations; and
  • keeping purchase destinations safe, accurate, and operational.

3. External Purchases

Marketplace purchase links take you away from LuciRift. The creator and linked storefront handle payment, delivery, refunds, disputes, and support. Before purchasing, review the seller’s identity, the storefront’s terms, the product license, compatibility details, and the applicable refund policy.

Purchases completed through an external service are also governed by that service’s own terms and privacy practices.

4. Listings, Content, and Moderation

Creators retain ownership of their content while granting LuciRift the limited rights described in the Terms of Service to host, display, secure, and operate the marketplace. Listings must not be misleading, infringing, prohibited, unsafe, or used to harass others.

LuciRift may review, reject, delist, or modify listings and may suspend or remove creator access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, platform security, or marketplace quality.

5. Reports and Rights Concerns

Signed-in members can report a creator or listing from its public page. Reports should be accurate, specific, and submitted in good faith. For copyright claims, legal notices, or concerns that require supporting documents, contact Support.

6. Policies That Also Apply

Use of the Community Marketplace is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Refunds for external purchases are handled by the creator or external storefront rather than under LuciRift’s store Refund Policy, unless LuciRift is expressly identified as the seller.
