Privacy and account deletion
Request removal of your account and associated personal data. We review identity and any records that must be retained before starting deletion.
Request data deletion
- Deletion closes your account and removes access to purchases, downloads, and saved keys.
- Your reviews, messages, marketplace contributions, and personal uploads are removed.
- You can cancel before deletion starts. After processing starts, deletion cannot be undone.
- Required records and backup expiry are explained in your final outcome. We respond within one calendar month, or notify you of a justified extension.
Cannot access your account email? Contact the Support Center for identity review. Privacy review does not restore account access or reset MFA.
